2019 was some year for Sadio Mane.

In the first part of this campaign, he has arguably been in just as stunning form, if not even better. Until the end of the year, he scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in the 2019/20 campaign. His performance in the past 12 months earned him a fourth-place finish in the Ballon d’Or.
These displays have led to him also winning the African Player of the Year award. He lifted the accolade ahead of Mohamed Salah and Riyad Mahrez.
The club’s supporters have been reacting in their droves, and may are delighted that he was won it.
