Everton have begun to find some goalscoring form in recent matches and part of that has been due to the improved performances of Richarlison.
The Brazilian has had mixed success after arriving at Goodison Park in a deal worth up to £50m last summer, but despite his inconsistency he contributed 13 goals and two assists in 35 Premier League games last season.
The fact he remained an asset across the entire campaign meant he had already improved on his Watford spell, where he stopped scoring after November, and now he has a fixed position in the side he is beginning to make strides under Marco Silva.
The 22-year-old is a useful option for the Toffees as he is able to play out wide or as the main striker – as he did on occasion last season – and he seems to have improved in a valuable area of his game this season, his heading ability.
In his Premier League career the forward has been known for missing easy headed opportunities, with an effort at Stamford Bridge whilst at the Hornets particularly standing out.
Last season he scored only two with his head in the Premier League, but has already matched that this season with headers against Lincoln City and Wolves.
The latter showed he is taking up threatening positions and becoming more clinical with the opportunities presented to him. If he can maintain his current conversion rate, as well as the desire he showed in his second goal in that match, then he should score plenty this season.
Having improved his heading, Richarlison is in the process of becoming a complete striker. He has great pace and makes clever runs into the box, as shown through his two headers last week – and when he gets the opportunity to act as the sole striker for the Toffees he should be able to exploit the opposition by stretching defences with his running.

A call-up to the Brazil national side has allowed his of the game to grow, and working with a manager he likes has already helped him progress in Everton colours, as his goalscoring record demonstrates.
If teammates such as Lucas Digne and Gylfi Sigurdsson can continue supplying dangerous crosses into the box as they did against Lincoln and Wolves then he should continue to score goals, and his natural goalscoring instinct was plain to see with his two finishes on Sunday.
